Eligibility for Refund

  • Requirements Not Met: If the final product does not meet the agreed-upon requirements outlined at the start of the project, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

  • Missed Deadlines: If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe without a valid reason or without prior notice and mutual agreement, you may request a refund.

  • Incomplete Work: If we are unable to complete the project as promised, you may request a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work delivered.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at services@devsgap.uk within 7 days of the issue arising.

  2. Clearly state your project name, the problem encountered, and the reason for your refund request.

  3. Allow us 3–5 business days to review your request and respond with a resolution.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the project was completed and approved.

  • If delays occurred due to client-side issues (e.g., late content submission, unresponsive communication).

  • For minor design or content preferences that fall outside the original scope.

Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement about the eligibility for a refund, we are open to discussing the issue and finding a fair resolution. We value long-term relationships and will always strive to make things right.
